Abstract

In the article, an important role of creation of genetic collections of fruit crops which are a basis for selection work is noted. An introduction of new highly productive grades of the peach meeting modern requirements of the market and the consumer, with a high level of adaptation to ecological conditions is necessary. Descriptions of eight hybrids of peach of the M.M. Gryshko National Botanical Garden are resulted. With the work, purpose was to allocate the perspective economic-valuable hybrids adapted for conditions of Forest-Steppe of Ukraine. As a result of supervision, these hybrids can be related to group of middle-ripening sorts. They differ with coloring, pulp density, weight of a fruit and force of growth. Plants basically average with a sprawling crone. Also in article prospects of further use of the allocated genotypes of a peach in selection work are considered. New hybrids will expand zoned and perspective assortment drupaceous cultures of domestic selection and will give the chance to create adaptive and stably fructifying plantings drupaceous crops in northern areas of Ukraine.
