Agrobiodiversity for Improving Nutrition, Health and Life Quality

Agrobiodiversit for Improving Nutrition, Health and Quality of Life is an Open Access publication series, a collection of scientific papers (original research reports) aimed at the agricultural biodiversity of plant varieties, but also other organisms and their potential for food security, food safety and quality of life. This year, the first issue is presented with a presentation of 131 scientific papers, which are oriented to the description of economic value of plant parts from wild growing, modern, old and local varieties and other genetic forms of traditional, forgotten, less known and less used plant species of botanical, morphometric, biochemical, nutritional, technological, sensory, hygienic, pharmacological, cosmetic, plant breeding and other characteristics.
